These Terms & Conditions apply to appointments and treatments provided by Well Woman Massage Co.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

Bookings

Appointments must be booked in advance.

Please provide accurate contact information when booking so that I can contact you about your appointment.

Where a deposit is required, your appointment will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Your consultation

Before your first treatment, you will be asked to complete a consultation form.

You must provide accurate and relevant information about your health, including any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medication or other circumstances that may affect your treatment.

You must also tell me if anything changes with your health before a future appointment.

Providing accurate information helps me to provide your treatment as safely and appropriately as possible.

Treatment suitability

I may adapt, postpone or decline treatment if I believe massage is unsuitable or unsafe for you at that time.

If you are unsure whether massage is appropriate for you, you should seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before booking.

Massage is intended to support relaxation and wellbeing and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Consent

Your comfort and consent are important throughout your treatment.

You can ask questions, request a change to pressure or technique, or stop your treatment at any time.

I will always aim to provide treatments in a professional, respectful and comfortable environment.

Mobile appointments

Well Woman Massage Co. provides mobile massage treatments at your chosen location.

You are responsible for providing a clean, safe and suitable space for your treatment.

There should be:

* Sufficient space for the massage equipment

* Adequate lighting

* Suitable ventilation

* Reasonable access

* Privacy during your treatment

Please let me know in advance about any access restrictions, pets, other people who may be present or anything else that may affect your appointment.

I reserve the right to postpone or stop a treatment if I consider the environment to be unsafe or unsuitable.

Late arrival

Please be ready for your appointment at the agreed time.

As I provide a mobile service and may have other appointments scheduled, arriving late may mean that your treatment time needs to be shortened.

The full appointment price may still apply.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may be unable to provide the treatment and the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment.

Professional boundaries

Well Woman Massage Co. provides professional massage and wellbeing services only.

Inappropriate, sexualised, threatening or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.

If inappropriate behaviour occurs, the treatment may be ended immediately and the full appointment fee may still apply.

My responsibility

I will provide your massage treatment with reasonable care and skill.

Everyone responds differently to massage and I cannot guarantee a particular result from treatment.

To the extent permitted by law, I cannot accept responsibility for problems arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you, an unsuitable or unsafe treatment environment, or circumstances outside my reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.

Consultation and treatment information may be recorded on paper forms. These records are kept securely in a locked folder and are only accessible to me.

Changes to these Terms & Conditions

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to my services or legal requirements.

The Terms & Conditions in place at the time of your booking will apply to that appointment.
