Well Woman Massage Co. was born from a love of the outdoors, woodland and the simple things that help us feel restored. After years of working with dogs and spending so much time outside, I’ve always found that being in nature helps me reset and feel more like myself.
Like many women, I’ve also had times when my body and mind seemed to be doing their own thing. Perimenopause brought its own challenges, and I found myself looking for ways to feel better in my body. Massage became an important part of that journey, helping me to ease physical tension, feel more comfortable and reconnect with my body. Massage and mindfulness became part of that journey — and Well Woman grew from the idea that women deserve more time to pause, switch off and simply feel good.
