I understand that sometimes plans change or unexpected things happen. This policy explains what happens if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

 

Deposits

 

A deposit of 50 % will be be required to secure your appointment.

 

Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

 

The remaining balance is payable at the time of your appointment unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Cancelling or changing your appointment

​

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

​

If you give at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can normally be transferred to one alternative appointment, subject to availability.

​

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be retained.

​

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require payment in full before another appointment can be booked.

Missed appointments

​

If you do not attend your appointment without contacting me, your deposit will be retained.

​

For mobile appointments, if I arrive at the agreed location and cannot gain access or you are unavailable, this may be treated as a missed appointment and your deposit may be retained.

Emergencies and unexpected circumstances

​

I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can happen.

​

These situations will be considered individually and reasonably.

If I need to cancel

​

If I need to cancel your appointment, I will give you as much notice as reasonably possible.

​

I will offer you an alternative appointment where possible.

​

If an alternative appointment cannot be arranged, your deposit will be refunded.
